Description of Organisation:
Generally we have a speaker, some refreshments, and then the opportunity to ask questions of our speaker. In April we hold our Spring Show, and have a buffet. This is a popular evening, and the display of spring flowers en masse is truly beautiful. Members are welcome to enter their flowers and potted plants, which are sorted into various classes before judging takes place. At Christmas we have a Social evening, when members bring along their surplus plants, which can be purchased at nominal prices. We organise coach trips to gardens of particular interest usually twice a year. We have been able to arrange discounts with local businesses for your gardening needs.
